Laws whose meaning is plain and invariant across traditions: do not murder, deal honestly, protect the vulnerable, keep covenants. These form the floor no reading may lower.

Mutashabihat — the open

Laws whose form is context-bound or symbolically rich. Preserved and honoured, read through the Invariant Filter — never weaponized by literalist cruelty, modernist erasure, or selective manipulation.
